a/n: i'm posting this solely so I'll stop obsessing over it. i'm going to rewrite the shit out of this eventually. what i wanted to come across in here really just doesn't. D: note that a negative, in this universe, is a person who negates the super powers of anyone they come into contact with. there's a lot of prejudice against them; they're pretty much universally considered villains. people you'd otherwise consider heroes will routinely kill negatives. also, leper reaches a new level of creepy here (I love him, the freak), and I continue naming people weird things.
